What is the difference between 6-series, 7-series, and 8-series?

6-series is mid-range ABS with IP65-IP67 (20 models). 7-series is Pro IP65 for niche photo/sports (6 models). 8-series is premium aluminium frame with IP67/IP68 + MIL-STD-810H (57 models, our widest range). 8-series costs 30-50% more than 6-series but offers superior drop performance, temperature range, and load capacity.

Can 8-series cases be shipped by air freight?

Yes. All 8-series cases pass IATA standard packaging tests and ship by air without restrictions. UN certification is included for cases containing lithium batteries (optional insert). For 50+ kg total shipment, we recommend sea freight (FOB Shenzhen/Ningbo) for cost efficiency.

Do you provide per-batch MIL-STD-810H test reports?

Yes. Every batch can include a MIL-STD-810H drop test report (USD 150 per report) showing 26 drops from 1.2m on concrete per Method 516.8. The report includes pass/fail criteria, photos, and a serialized traceability number. Lead time: +3 days.

What foam density do you recommend for camera/drone transport?

For camera bodies and lenses, 33 kg/m³ PU foam is standard. For drones (DJI Inspire, Matrice) and high-vibration applications, we recommend 45 kg/m³ PU foam with egg-crate lid foam for additional shock absorption. For military/aerospace with extreme temperature, 60 kg/m³ cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) foam is available.

Can you ship a sample before bulk order?

Yes. Sample order of 1-5 pieces ships in 7-10 days, cost USD 80-200 per sample (refundable against bulk order above 500 pieces). Sample includes standard foam (not custom) and standard color. For custom foam/color sample, lead time is 15-20 days and cost is USD 250-400 per sample.
