Which file formats can I upload?

.step / .stp / .iges for 3D models, .pdf for specs, .png / .jpg for sketches. Max 10 MB per file.

What happens after you submit?

1. <strong>Confirmation</strong> — within 24 hours you receive an acknowledgment with a ticket number.
2. <strong>Engineering review</strong> — our DFM team reviews feasibility and suggests adjustments if needed (1–3 business days).
3. <strong>Quote</strong> — detailed quote with unit price, tooling cost (if needed), lead time, EXW/FOB options.
4. <strong>Sample (optional)</strong> — physical sample in 7–10 days (paid, refundable on order).
5. <strong>Order & production</strong> — order confirmation, T/T 30/70 deposit, 30–45 day production.
6. <strong>Shipping</strong> — EXW Guangdong (customer pickup) or FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo.
