What is the lead time for OEM?
30–45 days after artwork approval. EU stock 3–7 days.
Which certificates do you have?
CE, RoHS 2/3, REACH, ISO 9001:2015, BSCI. ITAR and MIL-STD-810H test reports on request.
What is the MOQ?
500 pieces for OEM color. 100 pieces for hot-stamp logo with standard colors.
Do you offer DDP shipping?
Yes, DDP to EU 27, USA, AU, NZ, UK, CA, JP, KR.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, samples from EU stock ship in 3–5 days. Custom samples take 7–10 days.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30/70 standard; L/C on request.
