FAQ

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) = you provide the design, we manufacture. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) = we provide design proposals based on your requirements and manufacture. Both with 500-piece MOQ.

What are the tooling costs?

Aluminum tooling: from USD 3,000. Steel tooling: from USD 5,000. One-time cost, customer ownership.

Can you keep the tooling for reorders?

Yes, tooling is stored free of charge for 24 months. After that, USD 50/month storage fee or ownership transfers to the customer.

Are all customizations done on the same tool?

Pantone color and logo printing do not require a new tool. Dimension changes or shape variations require new tooling.
