Do your ESD cases meet ANSI/ESD S541 standard?

Our ESD material complies with ANSI/ESD S541 section 6.1 (surface resistance 10^6 to <10^9 Ω for dissipative packaging). Our foam compartments comply with S541 section 6.2 (electrostatic discharge < 100 V on contact, measured with ESD wand). Test reports included with every order. On request: additional Faraday cage effect via aluminium inner liner (reduces external EMF by > 40 dB).

Can you provide cases for 300mm wafer cassettes?

Yes. 8-series Premium with PP+CF material (PP+carbon fiber, 10^4 Ω dissipative — more conductive for wafer applications). Outer dimensions typically 480*350*180mm for 300mm FOUP-compatible interior holders. EASEA-2-certified ESD foam inserts available. On request: aluminium inner liner for additional Faraday protection. Minimum order 50 pieces per size.

How do you protect against humidity during semiconductor shipping?

Three-stage protection: (1) IP67 sealing (submersion 1m/30min); (2) Silica gel packets 50-200g depending on case size, preconditioned per MIL-DB-3464; (3) optional nitrogen purge (N2 flush, O2 < 50 ppm) for especially moisture-sensitive parts. On request: humidity indicator card (cobalt-chloride-free, blue-pink color change at 30/40/50% RH) for visual inspection at recipient.

Do you offer cleanroom-compatible cases (ISO 14644 Class 7)?

Yes. On request we deliver cleanroom-packaged cases: low-particle (ISO 14644 Class 7 certified), double vacuum-sealed in PE bag, opened in Class 5 cleanroom. Particle test per IEST RP-CC003.4 available. Surcharge 8-15% depending on size. Minimum order 100 pieces.

What does a custom ESD case for a 12-inch wafer lot cost?

For a standard configuration (PP+CF material, ESD foam, 480*350*180mm, 4×FOUP holders, M5 grounding bolt) at MOQ 50 pieces: USD 85-110/piece (FOB Shenzhen). Sample USD 280-450/piece (3-4 weeks). Bulk production 25-30 days after foam approval. For smaller MOQ (< 50) surcharge 30-50%. Complex multi-wafer cassette holders add 2-4 weeks to lead time.
