Do you make road cases for Yamaha CL5 / DiGiCo SD12 mixers?
Yes. Trolley series (1100*600*400mm or 1200*600*500mm) with custom CNC foam is standard for digital console transport. Yamaha CL5 (1051*727*284mm outer), DiGiCo SD12 (1225*790*360mm outer), Allen & Heath dLive S7000, Behringer Wing. Foam insert with mixer + dust cover + power supply + cabling + IEM transmitter rack. Common for touring sound, broadcast trucks, theater.
What's the foam density for protecting condenser microphones?
35kg/m³ PU (polyurethane) foam is recommended for condenser microphones (Neumann U87, AKG C414, Shure KSM44A, Sony C-800G). Higher density than standard 30kg/m³ for better shock absorption at low frequencies. Foam cutout diameter = mic diameter + 5mm clearance. Cutout depth = mic body length - 2mm (firm grip). Optional additional foam cap on top for vertical storage.

Yes, Trolley series large format for line array speakers. L-Acoustics K2 (1300*600*500mm outer flight case), d&b Y8/Y12 (1100*600*450mm), Meyer Sound LEO (1400*700*550mm), Adamson E12.
