Corrosion-resistant protective cases for saltwater environments. ISO 9227 NSS (Neutral Salt Spray) test 1,000 hours without corrosion for 8/9-series. 6-series 500 hours standard. Hardware: 316 stainless steel (A4) for hinges, latches, axles, bolts. Optional: Hastelloy C-276 for extreme chlorine environments (surcharge 80%). Seals: fluoroelastomer (FKM, Viton) instead of standard NBR. Saltwater-resistant coating: epoxy-polyamide 80μm + polyurethane topcoat 40μm. Salt spray corrosion test ASTM B117 passed. Applications: offshore oil, ship electronics, marine research, aquaculture, coast guard, port logistics. Warranty 5 years on corrosion-freedom.
