Protective case with foam insert: Overview

Protective cases with foam insert in 3 options. (1) Pick-and-pluck (cube foam): pre-cut 10x10x10mm cubes, customer manually pulls. (2) CNC-milled foam: manufactured per 3D model or DXF file, tolerance 0.5mm. (3) EVA foam: softer 30-40 Shore A, for sensitive devices. Minimum quantities: pick-and-pluck 100 pieces, CNC 50 pieces per set, EVA 100 pieces. Foam density: PE 18-30 kg/m³ (standard), EVA 30-50 kg/m³ (higher), PU 40-80 kg/m³ (very soft). Multi-layer PE+EVA assemblies possible. Anti-static foam (ESD) for electronics. Surcharge: pick-and-pluck included, CNC +USD 8-15/piece, EVA +USD 12-20/piece.
